This is usually a good site but the tire selector SUCKS, why bother to ask for a specific size,or brand if the menu brings up ...everything,,....most of it NON - RELIANT.NOW--- To the matter at hand..I have finally found the problem with this tire. It was a quest which taught me...NO One knows anything .I finally discovered that the tire (OEM)on the Mean Streak,had DRY ROT. The Dunlap D220 front 130/70/17 was wearing so unevenly. Exactly 1/2 was fine the other1/2 was feathered and wearing very rapidly. I have 27 bikes,I've been riding 52 years, Asia, Europe, South America, USA,almost 1mm miles.Never did anyone at any internet site or race shop knew at all about dry rot.WEIRD man,I bought a Metzler ME 880 (same size) unopened in case Dunlap fails to replace my tire after all this BS.I will know next week or this by Friday.Thanks to Jason the tech at Riva in Pompano Beach,Fl.
