The Firstgear HT Overpants are the bomb. I wear them whenever the temperatures drop below 50 or when it's raining. When it's below 40 degree I wear the removable liner as well.
They are pretty easy to get in and out of and very comfortable while riding.

These are excellent over-pants. Very durable, waterproof and warm even without the liner. These are a must have for anyone who rides during inclement weather.

2nd pair - wore the first ones out during the cooler riding months over a 3-4 year period (I commute to work in the SF Bay Area). Wear them over slacks to provide protection and warmth and allow my slacks to remain clean and wrinkle free. I don't have to use the warm liner except for the coldest month. Great all around and quite waterproof - have ridden in the rain a number of times and remained dry. There is no airflow through these pants unless the zippers are opened a bit, top and bottom, and then I am able to wear these in quite warm weather comfortably. Typically wear these when temperatures are less than 65-70 and then I go to the Air Overpants.
