I waited for this jacket for about 8 months before I finally found it. It's a great jacket! The only problem is: I don't have a VTX any more and I don't think that it would go very well with my H-D Softail Deluxe, so rather than sitting in the closet I might as well let someone else get the use out of it. I bought it here for $206.00 and I even bought one for the wife for the same price. I've worn mine once and the wife never did get to wear hers on a ride. I'll let them both go for $300.00 which is a great deal.

This is a very nice jacket. It is very stiff because it is new, hopefully. The padding is nice and light, does not get in the way. I found that with a hooded sweatshirt, as long as there isn't snow on the ground, it works down to about 30 degrees on a sunny day. The zip out insulated vest helps to keep the cold off of you. But I work outside so I may not be a good judge of cold. I have ridden with this jacket six or seven times. Have had it up to about ninety and it seems to keep out the cold air just fine. I have used it in 30 degree weather with a sweatshirt, and around 65 degrees without the insulated vest. Both ways the coat does a very good job of keeping the cold out, and with the built in vent zippers, lets in just the right amount of cool air.
