How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the contiguous 48 states. Orders under $100 are charged a $7.95 handling fee. Domestic orders ship both UPS and USPS Mail based on the most economic options at the time of shipping.
We do offer expedited shipping options: just select it at checkout if all items are in stock or enter a comment to contact you with expedited shipping rates.
Orders delivered to a P.O. Box can be subject to an additional shipping charge because UPS won't deliver to such addresses.
In order to get a shipping quote please add all your items to the shopping cart. Please keep in mind larger items as well as orders with a sub-total with $600 or more will be shipped UPS
Please provide your military rank for APO/FPO addresses.
We ship USPS or UPS based on the most economical way at the time of shipping. International shipping costs are generated after the address page during checkout. Simply add your items to your shopping cart, enter your address information and proceed to check out. It will then provide you with international shipping options.
How long will it take for my products to arrive?
We are sending email notifications with tracking numbers for all orders that ship UPS and USPS Mail. Domestic delivery times from our California warehouse are usually 1-6 business days. International shipments can take up to 8 weeks for delivery, unless you select a UPS expedited shipping method.
Can I ship to a different address?
We encourage you to ship your order to work so that it doesn't get left on your porch. During checkout just provide a different shipping address.
International and Canadian Shipping Options
We currently offer two shipping options for our international customers.
UPS WorldWide Saver
1-3 business days transit time, afternoon delivery.
Trackable via www.ups.com
Insured for the value of the package.
Basic brokerage fee is included. (for more info please go to www.ups.com)
DHL Global Mail
Non Trackable but very affordable
1-4 weeks average transit time
No Brokerage Fee on Global Mail shipments
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees") in the form of COD. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
