I don't see an item listed on your site, can you still get it for me?
Of course, we can get almost anything! Though it might take a few extra days to get it. Please contact our sales team via our Help Desk


Has my order shipped?
You will receive an e-mail notification when your order ships. This will go to the e-mail address you provided us at the time you placed you order.


Where is my order?
Assuming that your order has left our warehouse and you received your e-mail confirmation, your order should be in route. Orders shipped to California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Nevada are shipped via OnTrac and will be delivered to your door in 1 or 2 business days. All other states, including orders shipping to a P.O. Box, military base, Alaska, Hawaii or internationally, will be delivered by the United States Postal Service. Estimated delivery times are provided in checkout.


When should I expect my order to ship, and when will I receive it?
Processing times vary based upon the product. An ETA on processing time can be found on the product page of the item(s) you are ordering. This refers to the length of time for an item to leave our warehouse and should not be confused with total delivery time to your door. Shipping times are estimated in business days and do not include weekends or holidays and may, in some cases, run longer than shown. The total delivery time includes transit time. Further clarification of delivery time by means of expedited services will be provided in checkout.


How much longer for a backordered item to ship?
It really depends on the item. To get an accurate ETA on your backordered item, you will need to contact our Customer Solutions department at our Help Desk


Where is RideGear located? How long will it take the product to get to me from there?
RideGear is located at 121 DuBois St in Santa Cruz, California 95060. If your package was shipped via OnTrac to California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona or Nevada, you expect your item(s) in 1 or 2 business days. All other orders are shipped USPS and will be delivered to your door within 10 business days of leaving our warehouse.


Can I have you ship on my Fed Ex/UPS account?
Unfortunately, we can not ship on personal or business Fed Ex/UPS accounts.
